Migrate Workpapers CS to Engagement Manager with Technical Services
The following information describes the data migration process from Workpapers CS to Engagement Manager, when you have an agreement with Thomson Reuters Professional Services. If you have any questions about this process, contact your Sales Representative.

- Documents will be moved into your firm's GoFileRoom. It is your responsibility to add the documents from GoFileRoom into the appropriate engagement binder in Engagement Manager.
- Trial Balance information is not transferred.
- Send your database to us:
- For databases less than 4 GB, ask your Project Manager to set up a secure folder for you to upload your data.
- For databases larger than 4 GB, you need to mail an encrypted hard drive to us. We recommend using BitLocker to encrypt your hard drive. Mail your hard drive to: Professional Services, 6300 Interfirst Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48108.
- After we receive your database, we'll create mappings between Workpapers and Engagement Manager. Note that the Document Date will be the date exported from Workpapers CS.
- When the mapping is complete, we’ll send you a document for final approval.
- After you approve the mappings, we can schedule your upload date. The amount of time to complete the upload will vary, based on the number of documents involved.
- We'll notify you when the upload is complete, then you can add your documents to your Engagement Manager engagement binders.
