Add a default email signature for emails

If you have administrative privileges, you can add a default email signature and adjust the firm name displayed for all GoFileRoom emails.
  1. Select
    Administration
    , then
    Manage Configurations
    from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Select the
    Email Settings
    tab.
    • To add a default email signature, enter a message to be included in the footer of all outgoing GoFileRoom emails in the Email Signature field.
    • To edit the firm name that is displayed on all emails coming from GoFileRoom, enter the desired name in the Firm Name field.
    note
    By design, the sender address for all emails coming from GoFileRoom is no-reply@thomsonreuters.com.
