Enable a disabled user account

You'll need an administrator account in
GoFileRoom
to enable a user account or another administrator account.
As a GoFileRoom administrator you might need to re-enable a user's account after it has been disabled by an administrator, or when GoFileRoom has disabled a user account after the user entered the wrong sign-in credentials more times than allowed by the firm's GoFileRoom settings.
  1. Select
    Administration
    , then
    Manage Users and Groups
    .
  2. Select the
    Users
    tab.
  3. Clear the
    Active
    checkbox.
  4. Select the user account to enable.
  5. Clear the
    Disable User
    checkbox.
  6. Select
    Save
    .
    • If the account you need to enable is your firm's only GoFileRoom administrator account, you'll need to contact Customer Support to give this administrator account a new password.
    • A user can also select the
      Forgot Password
      link on the sign-in screen to enable their disabled account.
