Remove index values for user document security

If you have administrative rights, you can modify the level of document security protection for a user by removing index values from the list of available values. To remove an index value, follow these steps.
  1. Choose
    Administration
    ,
    Manage Users & Groups
    from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Select the
    User Document Security
    tab.
  3. Select the user, fileroom, and drawer from the
    User
    ,
    FileRoom
    , and
    Drawer
    fields.
  4. Select an item from the Indexes list. Any index values currently associated with the selected index appears in the Values list on the right.
  5. Select the value you want to remove, then select the
    Remove
    button.
    note
    To remove multiple values, select the
    Clear All
    button.
  6. Select the
    Save
    button.
