Use the FirmFlow API service
After you set up the FirmFlow API ulility for GoFileRoom, you can start generating workflows for your SQL table.
- Go toC:\Program Files (x86)\GoFileRoom\FirmFlowAPI_SQL.
- Double-click theFirmFlow_API_Service.exefile.You can automate the process using a Windows Scheduled Task event.note
- Don't schedule your task event to execute more frequently than the amount of time it takes to run the application. Review the files in theC:\Program Files (x86)\GoFileRoom\FirmFlowAPI_SQL\Logfolder to find out how long it takes to complete your processes.
- It takes about 30 minutes to pull 300,000 rows into the database. Use this estimate when setting the scheduled task.
- The FirmFlow API utility will use data from the FirmFlow Tracking report by Deliverable. Only workflows with deliverables will appear within the results of any queries.
