Create a bulk import spreadsheet with FirmFlow

To create folders in bulk, administrators must import Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for each type of workflow. Creating folders in bulk requires Administrators to import Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for each type of workflow.
Follow these steps to create a properly formatted spreadsheet for each workflow.
  1. In GoFileRoom, select
    Administration
    ,
    Manage FirmFlow
    , then the
    Folder Administration
    tab.
  2. Select a drawer from the
    Drawer
    dropdown.
  3. Select a service type, workflow, and group or user from the
    Assigned
    dropdown.
  4. Select
    Export
    .
FirmFlow will create a Microsoft Excel (XLSX) spreadsheet with the following column headings:
  • Client Number
  • Workflow Desc.
  • Type of Engage.
  • PIC
  • Period End
  • Year
  • Form
  • Due date
  • Step 1 (for example, Created)
  • Step 2 (for example, Preparation)
  • Step 3
  • Custom Field 1 (for example, Budget)
  • Custom field 2 (for example, Difficulty level)
  • Custom field 3 (for example, Mgr in charge)
