FirmFlow for GoFileRoom

The FirmFlow module lets you create monitored processes throughout the firm.
For example, you can manage where client source documents, workpapers, and returns go. This helps the proper parties prepare, review, and approve documents as needed. You can also automate business processes, like tax, audit, consulting, and others.
With FirmFlow you can:
  • Create virtual folders based on the engagement type. For example, with an individual engagement FirmFlow can create a folder for all tax documents, checklists, staff tasks, and more.
  • Create employee standard processes and procedures.
  • Route and track files electronically.
  • Share files and communicate internally.
  • Use reporting to track the status on all your client engagements.
  • Adjust workloads to stay on track with client engagements.
  • Use the due date monitoring system to keep your deadlines.

FirmFlow administration

To maintain FirmFlow, the following needs to be true for your account:
  • You have administrative privileges.
  • You are a FirmFlow user.
  • You are a member of the FirmFlow group.
  • You have read access to the Clients drawer.
If these are true, open
Administration
and select
Manage FirmFlow
from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
