Create a new FirmFlow folder

Follow these steps to create a new FirmFlow folder in GoFileRoom.
  1. Go to the My Work screen in GoFileRoom.
  2. Select
    Options
    , then
    Create New Folder
    .
    If
    Create New Folder
    isn't available, you may need to have your permissions updated.
  3. Select a service type, then
    OK
    .
  4. Complete the required fields in the FirmFlow - Create Folder screen, then select
    OK
    .
    Each folder is assigned a unique set of header values and can't be duplicated. If a folder with matching header values already exists, you'll be asked if you want to open the existing folder. You can cancel the current folder to see the original folder and add another workflow to that folder if needed.
