GoFileRoom integration with NetClient CS & ClientFlow
Resolved issues:
- ClientFlow portal users were unable to download certain file types. This issue has been resolved, and all files can now be downloaded successfully.
- As of January 6, 2026, we fixed an issue that prevented some ClientFlow users from accessing published GoFileRoom documents. Impacted users may have experienced slow navigation and a persistent "Loading" message, which could result in a blank screen when navigating folders or viewing folder contents.

report where some client workflows displayed duplicate deliverables.Document Search: Classic Search missing when launching QuickLaunch
We have corrected an issue where selecting Search Documents from the GoFileRoom menu bar only shows Document Search and the Classic Search option is not displayed. This occurs when signing into GoFileRoom via Quick Launch (QL) or using the QL right-click option Search for Documents.
