Searchable Dropdown Menus: Users and Groups
We've made enhancements for your admin team to work faster. Take note that we’ve added the ability to search all User dropdown lists. Pro Tip – it is possible to type any part of the name or email address filter and narrow your search criteria.

AdvanceFlow and Checkpoint Engage new names

Two solutions included in the Cloud Audit Suite have new names: AdvanceFlow is now named Engagement Manager and Checkpoint Engage is Guided Assurance. Thomson Reuters is taking on a descriptive approach to naming, so it is easy to quickly understand what each solution is or does. The name changes won’t impact the quality of service and expertise you trust from Thomson Reuters.
Engagement Manager
Engagement Manager is the new name for the same product previously known as AdvanceFlow. All Engagement Manager (previously AdvanceFlow) customers had the option to switch to a new, modern user interface since Q4 2023. The results have been positive to update the default user interface for all customers.
Accessing Engagement Manager from GoFileRoom hasn’t changed. Select

Guided Assurance
Guided Assurance is the new name for the same product previously known as Checkpoint Engage.
Do I still log into the product the same way? Yes, you should sign in and access Engagement Manager (previously AdvanceFlow) and Guided Assurance (previously Checkpoint Engage) the same way as before.

Exporting large documents

Export
has been improved to better handle and support the Export of large-sized documents. In addition, we have taken steps to assure that the following messaging displays with greater accuracy:

Exporting more than 1 document at a time requires specific permissions. To export multiple documents users must have the
Allow user to work offline permission
, which is managed internally by a firm GoFileRoom administrator.
We continue to work on improving your experience with multiple document Exports on a future GoFileRoom release.

Document action: Copy hyperlink to clipboard

We've corrected a problem with the
Copy Hyperlink to Clipboard
feature to work as expected. When selecting the hyperlink, or pasting the link into a browser, GoFileRoom will now quickly display the document directly within the
Document Explorer
screen.
This feature is beneficial for a wide variety of use cases, but especially in situations where your firm uses 3rd party, non-Thomson Reuters, software and you would like to provide a quick link reference in the other application. Or in the case of internal staff communications, sending a link to everyone on the team referencing new policies or procedures. We encourage you to try out the feature again if it failed in past experiences.

Triva (tree-vuh), the Thomson Reuters Intelligent Virtual Agent

GoFileRoom is excited to introduce a new feature designed to improve customer support by integrating a chat support option directly within the product. Introducing your virtual support rep, Triva, who aims to give immediate assistance to you when in need of help or when seeing issues. This new option is expected to improve your user experience by giving quick and convenient access to information and answers directly within GoFileRoom.
Here's a brief summary of all Triva offers:

    Chat now
    on the help widget. The chat support feature is integrated into the applications interface and is an interactive experience.
  • Enhanced Support access: You'll have the ability to initiate a chat with support experts by selecting
    Transfer to Live Agent

  • Navigation convenience: A back button is available during the chat interaction, letting users return to the search without losing your place or needing to restart your workflow.
  • Tracking and reporting: Adoption and usage of the Triva feature is monitored which will track and give insights into your journey before entering the chat experience. This helps us to better serve you with answers relevant to what you're working on.

Thomson Reuters Account

GoFileRoom’s Federated Single Sign-on has been enhanced to better facilitate email and user name changes (for example, name changes in situations of marriage). If your firm is using Federated Single Sign-on, we recommend making all updates to email directly within GoFileRoom and modify the user to the new email address. Path:

We resolved an issue when the GoFileRoom

field contained an ampersand symbol (&). Previously, it was possible that the user received the following message within certain screens:

APIs and Automation

FirmFlow API TrackingReportsbyWorkFlow
We’ve corrected how the “DaysAtStep”, “TotalDaysAtStep”, and “DaysBetweenRoutings” is being calculated when utilizing the TrackingReportsbyWorkFlow. Values can now be passed as a single number, (for example "DaysAtStep": "4", or a range, "DaysAtStep": "1-4" will return a more accurate response.
ClientCenter portal setup
We've corrected the API response, so that you can control if the User will receive a registration email or not. When creating a new ClientCenter user, with the CreateUser GoFileRoom endpoint, Users will no longer get the registration email when the isCreated is specified as ‘false’.
