Requiring Strong Authentication for Firm Users

Company System Administrators can add an additional layer of security by requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) for firm users that access their Tracker company database. Multi-factor authentication to Tracker provides extra security for confidential matter data by removing some of risk associated with firm users who are accessing matters and posting invoices.
When the requirement for strong authentication is enabled, firm users are prompted with OnePass MFA when accessing the company in Tracker.
  1. Select
    Settings
    in the left navigation.
  2. In the Security section, select
    Password and Sign-In Options
    .
  3. Check the
Enable Strong Authentication for Firm Users
    checkbox.
  4. On the toolbar, select
    Save & close
    .
When logging on, firm users will be able to see which companies require strong authentication. A label appears next to each company in the list to show that MFA is required.
