Generate a List of User Email Addresses

Create a list of email addresses for all the Tracker users in your database

You can use a list of email addresses from Tracker to send a mass email to all users, regardless of their matter access.
Required role | Only a Company System Administrator can download a list of company or firm users' email addresses. If this is not your role, ask your company system administrator to save the list to a file and send it to you.
  1. Click
    Users > User List
    in the left navigation. .
  2. Use the view selectors to select the user categories you want to download. Note: You cannot export user data for All Users or All Firm Users, although you can export data for All Company Users or for Matter Participants.
  3. On the
    Actions
    menu, click
    Export CSV
    .
  4. Follow your browser instructions to save the .csv file to your computer or network.

Create a List of Email Addresses for Matter Leads

You can use the Matter Participant report to create a list of email addresses of the Lead Company Person and the Lead Outside Counsel for all or selected matters.
To use the email addresses, copy them from the file and paste them into your email program.
