Select your delegate

You can select up to 5 other people to act as your delegate for all matters you participate in.
  1. Select
    Account
    then
    Preferences
    .
  2. Choose
    Select
    for the
    Delegate
    field.
  3. Search for the person you want as your delegate.
  4. Go to
    Matter Access - Highest role in my matters
    and choose the level of access you want to give the delegate from the dropdown.
  5. Make selections for approving invoices, editing or approving budgets and accruals, and completing timesheets.
  6. Select
    Save & close
    .
