Finding Documents

The documents and contracts for a specific matter are stored under
Documents
for the matter. You can also view all documents for all of their matters on the Document/List Search page. The default display is an alphabetical listing of all documents from all of your matters. Users can also search for documents across all matters whether they are open or closed.
  1. Click
    Library
    in the left navigation.
  2. Select
    Basic Document Search
    from the drop-down list.
  3. Click
    Advanced Search
    .
  4. Specify the search criteria.
  5. Click
    Search
    .
The results of your search are displayed under the
DOCUMENT SEARCH RESULTS
collapsible section on the Documents List/Search page. Each row is a document and the columns display information about the document. Click the document icon to view the folder and attachment name or location. Double-click the document name to view the document profile page.
