Use Folders with Documents and Contracts

Folders can be created to organize large volumes of documents and/or contracts under
Documents
for each matter.

Move a document or contract to a folder

By default, all existing documents are stored in the
Unfiled
folder. A document or contract can be moved to a folder or from one folder to a nother.
To move a document or contract to a specific folder or from one folder to another folder:
  1. Access the applicable matter.
  2. Click
    Documents
    .
  3. Double-click the document or contract name.
  4. Click
    Edit
    .
  5. Select the folder you want to move the document or contract to from the
    Folder
    drop-down list.
  6. Click
    Save & Close
    .
