Determine if an employee has registered their portal and resend a registration email

Follow these steps to determine if an employee has registered their portal. You can resend the registration email if they haven't registered yet.
  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    Employees
    , then the
    Personal
    tab.
  2. Check the
    Send Registration Email
    button in the Web Access section.
    • If the button is grayed out: Make sure there's an email address entered on the
      Main
      tab. If an email address is present and the
      Send Registration Email
      button is grayed out, the employee has registered their account, and another registration email can't be sent.
    • If the button isn't grayed out: Select
      Edit
      , then
      Send Registration Email
      to send another registration email.
  3. If the employee has already registered, have them follow these steps to reset their password:
    1. Go to
      www.mypaysolutions.com
      .
    2. Select
      Login
      , then
      Forgot Password
      .
      Employee passwords aren't kept on file by myPay Solutions. If an employee has registered by doesn't remember their email address or sign in info to reset their password, ask the payroll contact for the company to call your designated payroll specialist.

      myPay Solutions can't communicate directly with employees who aren't designated as the payroll contact. To designate someone to have authority to call your payroll specialist directly, add them as a payroll contact. Payroll contacts can access and make changes to your myPay Solutions payroll account.
