Update bank account information for the account that funds payroll

You can change the bank account information for any account that funds your payroll but you'll need to contact your Payroll Specialist directly.
  1. Ask your Payroll Specialist to send you the bank account change form.
  2. Complete the form and provide either:
    1. A voided check.
    2. A bank statement.
    3. A screen shot specifying the routing number, account number, account type, and name on the account.
  3. Upload the form and documentation to File Exchange for your Payroll Specialist to review.
