  • Form 3800
     is available. You can e-file this form if you don't have credits from Forms 7207, 7210, 7213, and 8933.
  • We're updating the
    K-1 Transfer
     from 1065/1120S/1041 to 1040 to reflect the new K-1 fields.
  • We're working on adding the e-file for
    Form 8949
     IRC Section 1061 adjustments.
  • We're aware that when a partnership has multiple K-1s for the taxpayer, the program can't transfer the multiple K-1s in a single transfer. Currently, you have to transfer them 1 at a time. We'll address this in a future release.
  • K-1 Review contains a note on the first page that says it will be updated to reflect the new Schedule K-1 Other income and Other deduction fields. Returns that don't contain these new Schedule K-1 fields aren't affected.

We're updating the
Form 126
 e-file schema to include an attachment for a spouse's NOL waiver. It will be available in a future release.

Oregon

We addressed an issue where the
K-1 Review
 didn't print the data entry information for the first few K-1s.
We addressed an issue with
Form 8582
 so that passive long-term capital gain/losses from the sales module are included in the PAL calculation in Parts I and II.
e corrected the
Form 8962
 issue of the allocation percentage not calculating correctly when Form 1095-A amounts are shared with 2 or more returns.
We updated the aggregation name that prints on
Form 8995
, Line 1, to include the aggregation group name entered by the preparer. The aggregation name on Form 8995 will look like the name calculated for Form 8995-A.
