Tax return import / export

Import tax return data by form name using Tax Return import/export

To import data by form name:
  1. Go to
    Returns Processing
    ,
    Import/Export
    , and then
    Import
    .
  2. For
    Import Type
    , select
    Tax Return Import - Forms
    .
  3. Select the account, year, and tax type.
  4. Upload your file and select
    Next
    .
  5. Select the form(s) to import and continue.
  6. Select the locator to import into and then
    Import
    . The import process begins with file validation that checks the header and all data records to determine if any errors exist. If an import file fails validation the file won't be imported. You can check the status of an import using
    Batch Status
    .
