Add members to a consolidated binder

  1. From
    Binder Properties
    , select
    Members
    .
  2. Select
    Add Members
    .
  3. Select the
    Elimination
    binder and then
    Save
    .
  4. Repeat steps 2 - 3 to add additional entities and binders to the consolidated group.
    important
    Don't choose the Top Consolidation entity.
  5. A parent's automatically designated as the first entity listed. If this isn't correct, select the entity that'll be designated as the parent and select
    Set As Parent
    .
  6. When selections are complete, select
    Update
    . This consolidation member information automatically updates the
    TAS Consolidate
    screen and transfers to the
    What to Consolidate
    screen in the Organizer.
