Where to enter data and what prints in a consolidated return

Use the 1120 consolidated federal forms guide to learn where to complete data entry for federal forms and what does and doesn't print with the Top Consolidation.

In the back of the PDF, there's 3 notes to review.
  1. For most of the forms not consolidated, it prints from the return that you enter the information. If you want to print from the consolidated return, you need to enter that information in the consolidated return.
  2. You may select the option to print every company in the consolidated group in
    Organizer
    ,
    Consolidated Returns
    ,
    Step 3 - Print and Calculation and Form Print Options
    .
  3. If information's entered in the Top Consolidation, it'll print with the Top Consolidation.
  4. Form 1118 can be aggregated only in the Top Consolidation or Single Entity by uploading the XML using
