Form 5471 Schedule A - Stock of the foreign corporation
For a new entity, the stock description and beginning and ending shares are either entered manually in Organizer or imported using ONESOURCE Excel Add-In or ONESOURCE Workpapers. The descriptions roll over to the next year, and the ending shares flow into the new year’s beginning balance column. Each year, the ending shares will be initially set to the beginning number.
