Address labels

You can print address labels in several standard formats.
To print labels for selected clients or contacts follow these steps.
  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Print Labels & Letters
    .
  2. Select the label format to use and select
    Select
    .
  3. Enter filters on the
    Selection
    tab.
  4. Enter the grouping and sort options on the
    Layout
    tab.
  5. Load the label stock in your printer.
  6. Select
    Print Selected
    .
  7. Select
    Output to Printer
    , select the printer, and select
    OK
    .
    You can also print addresses on #10 envelopes or on a DYMO label printer. The formats for these are located in the Practice CS Library.
To print labels for the clients that you're printing invoices or statements for follow these steps.
  1. Go to one of the following locations:
    1. Actions
      ,
      Billing
      , and then the
      Review
      tab
    2. File
      ,
      Print Invoices & Statements
      , and then the
      Invoices
      tab
    3. File
      ,
      Print Invoices & Statements
      , and then the
      Statements
      tab
  2. Select the invoices or statements to print and select
    Print Selected
    .
  3. Select
    Output to Printer
    .
  4. Select
    Print Labels
    , enter the label format and the printer you want to print the labels.
  5. Select
    OK
    .
  6. The invoices or statements will print.
  7. The system will then ask you to load the label stock in th printer you specified.
  8. Select
    OK
    .
