Allow staff to update information on projects and tasks

You can allow your staff to update information on projects and tasks such as the
Received date
,
Actual Start date
,
Actual Completion date
, or
Tracking Description
in any of the places where you give them access to projects and tasks such as Manage Projects, Client Projects tab, Client Dashboard, Staff Dashboard, or Time & Expense Entry.
If you have given them security access to Manage Projects but they still can't open or modify a project or task, provide the following additional security permissions.
  • To give staff members access to the projects and tasks screens: Select
    Practice CS

    Schedule Item Data
    ,
    Project Data
    , then
    View
    .
  • To let staff edit projects: Select
    Practice CS
    ,
    Data
    ,
    Schedule Item Data
    ,
