Edit multiple projects

Follow these steps to update information for multiple projects at the same time.
  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Manage Projects
    .
  2. Select 2 or more projects in the list, then right-click and select
    Edit Selected Projects
    .
  3. Select an option: 
    • Change Project information
      : Change staff assignments, dates, generation options, solutions, tracking, recurrence, and various other items.
      1. Select the field to update from the 1st dropdown list.
      2. Select the new information for the field from the 2nd dropdown list.
      3. Select
        Finish
        to save your changes.
    • Add Extension
      : Add extensions to the selected projects.
      1. Enter an extension number and due date.
      2. Select
        Finish
        .
    • Add tasks
      : Add tasks to the selected projects.
      1. Select
        Add
        .
      2. Enter information for the task to add to the selected projects.
      3. Add any additional tasks for the selected projects.
      4. Select
        Finish
        .
