Extend multiple projects

You can add an available extension to a project or to multiple projects at the same time, and then apply that extension to them.
  1. In the Manage Projects screen, select the projects to edit.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If your projects already have available extensions, go to step 3.
    • If your projects don't have extensions already set up:
      1. Right-click and select
        Add an Available Extension to Selected Projects
        .
      2. Enter the extension number and the extended date, or select the date from the dropdown calendar in the
        Due date
        field.
      3. Select
        OK
        .
      4. Select
        OK
        to confirm.
  3. With the projects still selected, right-click and select
    Edit Selected Projects
    .
  4. Select
    Change Project information
    , then
    Next
    .
  5. Select
    Extension Number
    from the 1st drop-down list and
    Extension 1
    from the 2nd drop-down list.
  6. Select
    OK
    .
  7. Select
    Yes
    to confirm.
