Update projects and tasks during time and expense entry

Follow these steps to update projects and tasks quickly during time and expense entry.
  1. Select a project or task.
  2. Right-click the
    Project
    or
    Task
    field.
  3. Select an option:
    • Complete
      : Sets tracking description to completed and enters current date as actual complete date.
    • Receive
      (projects only): Enters the current date as received date.
    • Change Tracking
      : Changes tracking description for the project or task to the item that you select.
