Create a print profile

To create a profile, follow these steps.
  1. For report profiles, select
    File
    then
    Print Reports
    . For Label and letter profiles, select
    File
    then
    Print Labels & Letters
    .
  2. From the left pane, select the items to include in the profile.
  3. In the Selection and Layout tabs, select the print options for each selected item.
  4. Select
    Profiles
    .
  5. In the Profiles window, go to
    Description
    and enter a name (up to 30 characters) for the profile.
  6. Items in the profile are displayed in the order you selected them. To change the print order, drag the items to reorder them.
  7. Select
    Add
    to save the profile.
