Assign schedule items in Schedules tab

To assign schedule items in the Schedules tab, follow these steps.
  1. In the Manage Staff screen, select the
    Schedules
    tab.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Select the
      Schedule Items
      subtab to display the schedule items assigned to the selected staff member for the chosen date range.
    • Select the
      Potential
      subtab to display unassigned schedule items that the staff member is qualified to work on.
    • Select the
      Urgent
      subtab to display all schedule items flagged as urgent, regardless of date range.

  3. Select a schedule item from the list.
  4. To assign the selected item to a staff member, do one of the following:
    • Select the item and drag it to the staff member’s calendar in the Staff Schedules pane.
    • Right-click the schedule item and select
      Schedule <schedule item>
      . Use the Scheduling window to add the schedule item to the staff calendar.
    • Double-click the item and manually add an assigned staff member.
