Skipping the Verification Wizard

If you do not want to verify data in the Verification step of the review wizard, you can skip it and move to the next step. To move to the next step, select
Submit
on the toolbar.
Select
Yes
on the confirmation message that appears.
Select
No
to continue reviewing uncertain fields in this step.
The
Verification Options
window will appear. Confirm whether you would like to skip verification and continue, despite there being uncertain fields that need verification. When you select
Yes
on this window, the cursor will move to the first field that does not satisfy business rules for verification.
You will have to review all such fields that don't satisfy business rules.
For example, the business rule for the field 'Social Security tax withheld' on W-2 is that it must be 6.2% of Social Security Wages. If this rule isn't satisfied for the data captured for a W-2, you'll have to verify this field even if you choose to skip this review wizard step.
Such fields appear with a red exclamation mark next to them in the Forms section.
To verify the field(s), you will either edit the value(s) or retain the same.
If you don't edit the value(s) and select 'Enter' to move to the next such field, it will ask you whether you want to override the rule.
Select
Yes
to override the business rule and move to the next field that does not satisfy business rules.
Once you have overridden/edited/deleted all such fields that don't satisfy business rules, a message appears asking you for a final confirmation to submit the binder.
Selecting
Yes
on this window will skip this review wizard step and move to the next one.
If the document isn't verified correctly in the Review process then in SPbinder:
The references of the uncertain fields that were skipped for verification appear with an exclamation on the source document.
In the
Review Tree
(SPbinder),
Unreviewed OCR fields
will be displayed with an exclamation mark.
Once you review them, the exclamation mark disappears from the Review Tree and from the source document image.
