Mark a message as unread

Follow these steps to mark the most recent message as unread:
  1. Sign in to TaxCaddy and go to the client's profile by selecting a client tile on the
    Overview
    screen.
  2. Select
    Messages
    .
  3. To mark a message as unread, select
    UNREAD
    . The message thread will display the unread message indicator.
    The
    Last read
    divider indicates old and new unread messages.
  4. Subsequently, the
    Unread Messages
    view on the
    Overview
    screen will increase by 1 message.
