Manage bulk action

Client Management
lets you perform the same task to all eligible clients in the firm at once to save time. For example, you can send invites, questionnaires, DRL, to all eligible clients at once instead of selecting them individually.

Before you start: enable permission

You you'll need first have the required bulk action permission.
  1. Go to FileRoom , then
    Account Admin
    , then
    Users
    then,
    User Group Management
    .
  2. Select the
    Manage Bulk Action
    permission.

Perform bulk actions

  1. Select
    Admin
    , then
    Client Management
    .
  2. Select an action from the
    MANAGE CLIENTS
    .
  3. Instead of targeting all eligible clients at the firm, you can use the filter feature to narrow down the client list if desired (for example, Only send invites or questionnaires to clients from a specific office location).
  4. To bulk select clients, select the 1st column header then select from the following options:
    All Eligible
    - Selects all eligible clients in your firm from all pages. However, if you are currently using filters and/or search then
    All Eligible
    (clients) will only apply to clients who are currently filtered/searched. If you need to perform the same action separately for a different set of clients then you must wait for the 1st bulk operation to complete before initiating the same action for the 2nd set of clients. Requires
    Manage Bulk Action
    permission.
    All Eligible on Page
    - Selects all eligible clients on the current page.
  5. After you select a , a (blue) selection bar slides up from the bottom of the page. To perform the action you selected from the
    Manage Clients
    menu, select the (green) action button on the selection bar.
