Delete users

Follow these steps to delete a user individually or in bulk. You can also turn off a user to clear an account without deleting it.
note
You can't delete users who meet either of these conditions:
  • Have the
    Firm System Administrator
    role
  • Have a
    Disabled
    status
  1. Go to
    FileRoom
    ,
    Admin
    ,
    Users
    , then
    User Management
    .
    Select Admin, USERS, then User Management.
  2. Select the Delete icon 
    Delete 
    icon next to the user you want to delete.
    Select the Delete icon
  3. When the confirmation window appears, select
    Yes
    to delete the user.
    note
    If the deleted user is the owner of any binders, the Owners column inFileRoom will still show the deleted user's name.
  4. To bulk delete users, select the checkboxes for those users, then click
    Delete User
    .
    Select multiple checkboxes next to the user entry and then click Delete User
