Configure UltraTax CS to generate a taxpayer personal identification number (PIN) automatically for 1040 returns

With the consent of the taxpayer and spouse, follow these steps to configure UltraTax CS to generate the taxpayer and spouse PIN automatically by using the prior-year PIN, if available. Otherwise, UltraTax CS uses the last 5 digits of the taxpayer's or spouse's Social Security number.
