Overview
Use the CA3554 Screen to calculate Form 3554. Each unit of this screen creates a unit of the form. To include this form with Form 568 (LLC) return, enter the LLC unit number at the bottom of this screen.

Per California Franchise Tax Board, refer to the California Labor Code to help the employer determine the total number of employees for purposes of calculating the New Employment Credit Worksheet for Form 3554. Enter

LLC unit number
When an LLC unit number is entered, Form 3554 information is reported in General Questions and in the Credits section of Schedule K on the applicable Form 568 return. Form 3554 also prints with the LLC return and is included in the Form 568 electronic record.
