Print Schedule K-1 instructions
Follow these steps to print Schedule K-1 instructions in the shareholder package for shareholders marked as 1040 clients.
- SelectSetup, then1120 Corporation.
- Select theFederaltab, thenOther Return Options.
- Select theReturn Presentationtab and mark thePrint Schedule K-1 instructions when shareholder is a 1040 client (S Corp)checkbox.note
- MarkAs Requiredfor the shareholder package print condition in the Preparer collation to get the Shareholders' Schedule K-1 to print.
- MarkAs Requiredfor the Schedule K-1 instructions print conditions in the Government collation of the shareholder package.
- This option doesn't affect printing the Schedule K-1 instructions for shareholders who aren't 1040 clients.
