Errors during PRP requests

  • Please call CS Support regarding your CS Connect account.
    Your CS Connect account has been disabled. Call Customer Service at 800.968.0600.
  • The Thomson Reuters data center didn’t recognize your user ID.
    Call Customer Service at 800.968.0600.
  • Validation code request for (entity) (system) (TIN) Denied: Inadequate Account Balance.
    To manage your payment options, go to the My Accounts section of our website, then select My Orders & Payments. Your CS web account need to have administrator rights to make changes in this area.
    To make a deposit in your PRP account instead of placing a credit card on file, or if you would like to give credit card information over the phone, call Customer Service at 800.968.0600.
  • Validation code request for (entity) (system) (TIN) Denied: Credit card number on file has expired.
    To manage your payment options, go to the My Accounts section of our website, select Your Accounts, then select My Orders & Payments. To make a deposit in your PRP account instead of placing a credit card on file, or if you'd like to provide credit card information over the phone, call Customer Service at 800.968.0600.
  • Validation code request for (entity) (system) (TIN) Denied: System not found.
    You're not licensed for the application requested (federal applications only). Call Customer Service at 800.968.0600.
