Send eSignature documents via CS Connect

After using Data Mining to assemble eSignature documents, you need to send them to your clients to be electronically signed.
  1. Select the CS Connect CS Connect button with a red connector icon in the toolbar.
  2. Turn the
    Transmit organizers and eSignature documents
    switch to
    Yes
    .
  3. Select the clients you want to transmit.
  4. Select
    Connect
    .
    The taxpayer (and spouse, if applicable) will get an email with a secure link to a welcome screen, where they can begin the eSignature process.
  5. Select the
    eSignature Status Live
    link on the UltraTax CS homepage to review the status of each eSignature document.
  6. After the client signs a document, retrieve the signed document via CS Connect.
