Client status isn't working or it's grayed out

If the Client Status Utility isn't working or it's grayed out under the Utilities menu in UltraTax CS, you'll need to set up at least one custom event:
  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    Office Configuration
    , then
    Status
    .
  2. Once events are set up here, you can access the Client Status Utility from the Utilities menu or by selecting on your toolbar.
