Solutions

Solution 1:
  • Verify the firewall allows the
    X:\WinCSI\Tools\connectbgdl.exe
    to access the Internet, where X represents the drive UltraTax CS is installed on.
  • Verify the antivirus has an exclusion set for the
    X:\WinCSI\Tools\connectbgdl.exe

  • Disable the CS Connect Background Services by selecting
    Setup

    CS Connect
    and unmarking the
    Enable CS Connect Background Services
    checkbox.
