Scenario

You may get the following error message when applying CS Connect updates in UltraTax CS.

Error message

Parameter is incorrect.

Select Help
, Repair
, then the Misc
tab.

Select Clear Updates Directory
.

Select Done
.

Select Utilities
then CS Connect
.

Switch the Retrieve and apply available updates
option to Yes
.

Select Connect
to retrieve the updates.
