Create a sender policy framework record for your domain

What is an
SPF Record
?

A Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record tells the world which email servers are allowed to send email on behalf of your domain. Any time your clients receive an email, their email system checks for an SPF record to help determine if the incoming message is trustworthy. Adding an SPF record is an important way to help increase successful email delivery rates, prevents emails from ending up in a spam or junk folder, and helps reduce spoofing.

Creating an SPF record

An SPF record can be added or updated either by you or by the party who controls your domain record. Because we don’t host any domain records, we are unable to create that record for you.

IMPORTANT!

For customers using Microsoft Exchange for Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service, we require that your SPF record includes a line that reads
v=spf1 include:_spf.vo.thomsonreuters.com ~all
