Create a default user preference template

Do the following to create a template of user preferences to apply to 1 or more UltraTax CS users.
  1. In UltraTax CS, go to the
    Setup
    menu.
  2. Select
    Office Configuration
    , then the
    Default User Preferences
    tab.
  3. Select
    Set Preferences
    to open the
    Set Default User Preferences
    window. This has the same tabs and settings as the regular
    User Preferences
    window.
  4. For each tab you want to make default setting for, mark the
    Set default user preferences for this tab
    checkbox. Then choose the settings you want as default.
  5. Select
    OK
    to save and create the template.
Once you've created a template, apply it to 1 or more users.
