Blank Organizer package

You can create a Classic default blank organizer package for new 1040 clients without proforma'd data.
  1. Go to the
    General
     folder and select the
    Contact
     tab.
  2. In the Contact screen, select the
    Options
     button to move to the Client Organizer and Proforma Options section.
  3. Enter
    X
     in the
    Print black Client Organizer
     box.
To print, email, or assemble the default blank organizer packages, you'll need to first add the client to UltraTax CS.
The state ZIP Code box in the 1040 screen determines which state organizer includes the blank organizer package.
To add an organizer form to your blank client organizers, select
Setup
 >
1040 Individual
, select the
Organizer
 tab, then select the
Organizer
 button. In the Return Collation window, select the form in the list and select the
Include in blank Organizer
 checkbox.

Default blank organizer package

The default blank client organizer package includes the following forms.
  • Mailing slipsheet / client (only in the paper organizer)
  • Mailing slipsheet / preparer (only in the paper organizer)
  • Engagement letter (if
    Print Individual Engagement Letter
     is marked in the Setup > 1040 Individual > Organizer tab)
  • Cover letter
  • Client Questionnaire
  • Organizer Index (not included in the Web Client Organizer)
  • Personal Information
  • Client Contact Information
  • Deposit & Electronic Funds Withdrawal
  • Nonresident Gen Info, Not Effectively Connected (prints only in Nonresident Alien returns)
  • Nonresident Sch OI (Other Information) (prints only in Nonresident Alien returns)
  • Identity Authentication
  • Estimate Payments
  • State & City Payments
  • Salaries & Wages
  • Interest Income
  • Dividend Income
  • Schedule D
  • Other Income
  • Social Security, Tier I Railroad Benefits
