Enter Organizer appointment dates

Follow these steps to enter Organizer appointment dates.
  1. Open the client.
  2. Do 1 of the following:
    • For individuals: Select the
      General
      folder, then the
      Contact
      tab.
    • For businesses: Select the
      Organizer
      folder, then the
      OrgOptns
      tab.
  3. Enter information in the Appointment Information section.
The application automatically prints appointment information in the cover letter. Next year's appointment information will proforma to the next version of the application.
