Include review notes in
Organizer

To include review notes in your clients' paper or email PDF
Organizer
, follow these steps:
  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    1040 Individual
    , the
    Organizer
    tab, then the
    Organizer
    button in the
    Collation
    section.
  2. Select
    Review Notes
    .
  3. Select 1 of the following print conditions:
    • If data
    • Never
    • Always
  4. Select the
    Include in Electronic Org
    checkbox to include the review notes in email PDF client
    Organizers
    .
  5. Select
    OK
    twice to close the windows.
A
Web Organizer
only includes review notes in a retrieved
Web Organizer
stored in
FileCabinet CS
. The client won't see review notes when signed in to their
Web Organizer
in
NetClient CS
, or in the PDF copy if they use the
Create PDF
option in the
Web Organizer
.
