Electronic Filing Dashboard at UltraTax.com
The Electronic Filing Dashboard at UltraTax.com gives you a complete view of all your e-file clients and their current e-file status. Use the dashboard to see the status of returns filed by your firm, and quickly understand when you need to take action.
To access the Electronic Filing Dashboard from anywhere, on any device:
- Go toUltratax.comvia your web browser.
- Sign in with your CS Web or Onvio login information.
note
- If you can't sign in to view the Electronic Filing Dashboard, contact your CS Web administrator.
- You need to have 1 of the following permission levels to access the Electronic Filing Dashboard outside of UltraTax CS.Web Onlypermissions won't authenticate the CS Web user.
- Admin
- Web & CS Professional Suite Desktop Software
- Software Only
- If the customer is part of multiple firms, UltraTax CS defaults to the 1st firm on the list. You currently can't switch between firms.
To open the dashboard from UltraTax CS:
- Select theElectronic Filing Dashboardlink from the homepage.
- UltraTax.com opens in your default web browser.
- Select theSign inbutton.
Filters
Your filter selections are automatically saved and available the next time you open the Electronic Filing Dashboard.
All returns and extensions
Displays a list of all e-filed returns and extensions and the current status of those e-filed returns.
E-files not accepted or extended
Displays clients with e-files that aren't accepted or extended.
All e-file extensions
Displays clients with e-filed extensions.
Rejected
Displays clients with rejected e-files.
Accepted
Displays clients with accepted e-files.
Other options
Export to Microsoft Excel
Select
Export to Microsoft Excel
to export the current focused or filtered data for the selected clients to Excel.Search
You can search by client ID or client name.
View another firm
You can switch between multiple firms associated with your account. Select the
Firm - [ID number]
