Mailing Slipsheets dialog

Use the options in this dialog to set various printing options for mailing slipsheets.
To open this dialog, select the Mailing Slipsheets button in the Print Options tab.

Fields & buttons

Use the options in this group box to specify the conditions in which mailing slipsheets should print.
  • Mark the
    Per each product's Tax Return collation
    option to print slipsheets as specified in each UltraTax CS application's Print Collation dialog. (To access a Print Collation dialog, choose Setup then [Entity], select the appropriate tab, then select the Tax Return button.)
  • Mark the
    Suppress tax authority slipsheets
    option to prevent UltraTax CS from printing mailing slipsheets addressed to all taxing authorities.
  • Mark the
    Suppress client mailing slipsheets
    option to prevent UltraTax CS from printing mailing slipsheets addressed to the client.
  • Mark the
    Suppress all slipsheets
    option to prevent UltraTax CS from printing any mailing slipsheets, regardless of each application's print collation settings.
  • Mark the
    Print barcodes
    checkbox to have UltraTax CS print a barcode for the "To" address on all mailing slipsheets.
Use the options in this group box to determine the layout of the printed addresses on the slipsheet. Select either
Vertical
,
Bulk
,
Offset
, or
Landscape
to fit the windowed envelopes you use for mailing.
Mark this checkbox to print a folder insert (the first page within the folder cover) for the printed 1040 Client Organizer.
Mark this checkbox to print a folder insert (the first page within the folder cover) for the printed tax return.
Use the options in this group box to determine the layout of the printed addresses on the folder insert. Select
Vertical
or
Offset
to fit the windowed folder covers that you use.
