Clients Not Found dialog

UltraTax CS defaults to looking for data in drive C. This dialog automatically opens if one of the following situations occur.
  • The UltraTax CS information you want to restore is not in drive C. In this case, choose what you want to restore, select the Change Backup Location button, navigate to the correct drive and path, and select OK to open the Restore dialog.
  • The information you want to restore is in FileCabinet CS. In this case, choose what you want to restore, select the
    FileCabinet CS
    option, and then select the Continue button to open the Restore dialog. From this dialog, you can select the clients whose data you want to restore from FileCabinet CS. Notice that the
    Clients with backups in FileCabinet CS
    checkbox is already marked. This checkbox is available only if you are licensed for FileCabinet CS and have selected Clients from the drop-down list in the upper-left corner of the Restore dialog.

Fields & buttons

Displays the drive and path on which UltraTax CS is looking for backup data.
If the data is not archived here, select the Change Backup Location button, navigate to the correct drive and path, and select OK.
If the data is not archived at the specified location, select this button, navigate to the correct drive and path, then select OK.
Select this button to open the Restore dialog after you have selected the
FileCabinet CS
option or after you have selected the
UltraTax CS
option and have navigated to the correct drive and path.
