Web Delivery Options dialog
Use this dialog to configure email notifications of completed web organizers and tax returns delivered via NetClient CS web portals, to specify your firm's website URL for use in accessing organizers and returns delivered electronically.
To open this dialog, choose Setup then Client Communications and select the Web Delivery Options button.

Automatically send an email notification to each client when their Web Organizer or Tax Return is transmitted via CS Connect to their NetClient portal checkbox
Mark this checkbox to have UltraTax CS send an email notification to each client when their web organizer or tax return is transmitted via CS Connect to their NetClient CS portal.
Address email from
Use this drop-down list to choose the firm, preparer, reviewer, or staff member as the sender's address for email notifications.
Send a blind copy (BCC) to
Mark the appropriate checkboxes to add the

, Preparer
, Reviewer
, or Staff
email addresses as blind carbon copy (BCC) recipients of the email notifications for tax return or web organizer transmissions.Web Delivery URL
Enter the firm website URL in this field if you want to add a link to your site (rather than the Thomson Reuters servers) to client email notifications regarding web client organizers and tax returns delivered to NetClient CS portals.
HTML button
Select this button to open the Web Delivery HTML dialog, which displays the appropriate HTML syntax used for creating a link to the firm URL entered in the Web Delivery Options dialog. Paste this link syntax into the HTML code for your firm's website to create a link which your clients can use to access their web organizers and tax returns delivered via the web.
